Australia: Supreme Court: i am involved in 2 complaints against me in the legal (has not had a judge appointed as yet) involving my both deceased parents executors of estate (sisters of i). i have signed agreements for works and services provided and held property as tennants in common 50/50 for which i was to be compensated for upon their deaths via the estate paying the acknowledged debts, to which the executors are unwilling to honor, and now have a large legal team including Queens Counsel, and are using the compensation of i for their own pleasure, and refuse to distribute the agreed compensation; how do i put forth a claim for my services, work, and 50% ownership in property that has now been sold with no profit distribution to i?
