I ask how does L4M apply to the disabled. my autistic sister lacks capacity for consent. my question is – is the only choice to take her out of full time care where she has the stability she needs, not my life style. the care home wants her vaccinated. the NHS is taking this to court of protection – can I put them on notice – how does the L4M work in this case
