I was given the gift of an order by a man acting as a traffic cop to pull over and provided a further order to remove the tint from my windows regardless of the fact that I have a doctors note stating that I need the maximum tint allowable. I showed him the doctors note but he still gave me the order and three days to remove it and go to the station to show any officer working that the i complied with his order. Do I start with a friendly correspondence or a first notice?
